Ammon has been a pioneer in human-centered AI, from his work developing agentic and sovereign data solutions at Microsoft to co-founding Formation, an AI powered loyalty platform that powered Starbucks and United Airlines. He's been a champion of ethical AI, speaking at IXDA and AILA conferences and working with the Center For Humane Technology on raising awareness of persuasive AI. 

A 5th generation Bay Area native, Ammon lives in Oakland, CA. with his wife and two daughters. In his free time he spends as much time with his family as possible.
